Ziele
What can you do when your child falls down, burns him-/herself or accidentally drinks washing-up liquid? When it suddenly comes down with a high fever or starts to regurgitate? Knowing how to react best in a situation like this. With a lot of hands on exercises that are measures for the most common accidents and emergency situations that are being evaluated and dis-cussed.
Content
- Lifesaving immediate measures, getting to know the BLS (Basic Life Support) and AED (Automated External Defibrilla-tion) concepts.
- What is there to do in case of an intoxication or burns, if objects have been swallowed and in case of falling down?
- Most common illnesses during childhood such as fever, viral infections, coughing and pseudocroup.
- In which situation must a doctor be consulted?
